Fennel is rich in fiber. It contains very good proportions of vitamin C, provitamin A (or carotene), vitamin E (antioxidant) and vitamin B9 (or folic acid with virtues for the immune system). At the level of minerals, the different associations give it diuretic properties.
Remove the outer leaves from the bulb, rinse with water. According to your desires, consume the raw (salad, aperitif or grated on pasta) or cooked. Cooking 10-15 minutes steaming, 10 minutes sautéed or 45 minutes in the oven.
