How to consume it ?
To scrape it (rather than to peel it). To wash well it under a filament of water (rather than to dunk it). According to your desires: raw or cooked. Steam 8min.
Nutritional informations : Carrot is high in pro-vitamin A (caroten) what gives it its vertues for the skin and the night vision. On the level of minerals and trace minerals, it is high in Potassium and Magnesium and Iron. Research shows a protective effect compared to certain cancers (in particular of the lungs)
