How to consume it ?

To rinse it, then separate the bouquets. According to your desires : raw or cooked.  Cuisson 15 min dans l'eau bouillante or steam 5 min.

Nutritional informations : romanesco cauliflower is high in fiber. Its recommended daily amounts are interresting in vitamin C and B. On the level of minerals, it's especially magnesium and calcium.
